Our team was responsible for stripping the 30,000 square foot building back to its shell and installing new mechanical and electrical systems throughout. The scope of works also comprised the construction of new dormers to create extra room space as well as the entire interior fit-out of the boarding house, including the installation of enhanced toilet facilities, a new lift and furniture.
